Terms & Conditions

1. Mobile Service & Travel Fees

  • MnM Detailing is a fully mobile service.
  • Travel within 20 minutes of our service area is included.
  • Travel beyond 20 minutes is charged at $0.75 per mile (round trip).
  • Travel fees will be calculated and included in your total before confirmation.

2. Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit ($25–$50) may be required to secure your appointment.
  • The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Failure to do so may result in loss of deposit.
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to an additional fee.

4. Vehicle Condition

  • Listed prices are based on average vehicle condition.
  • Heavily soiled vehicles (excess dirt, pet hair, stains, etc.) may require additional charges.
  • Final pricing may be adjusted after inspection.

5. Access Requirements

  • Customers must provide access to a water source and power outlet (if required).
  • If unavailable, please notify us in advance.

6. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service.
  • Accepted methods: Cash or Card.

7. Service Guarantee & Media Notice

  • MnM Detailing may record photo and video content during services for quality control and marketing purposes. No personal or sensitive information will be shared.
  • If you notice any area that was missed, you must report it within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We will return to address the issue at no additional cost.

8. Right to Refuse Service

  • MnM Detailing reserves the right to refuse service due to unsafe conditions, inaccessible location, or misrepresentation of vehicle condition.
